This black colorway of the KAWS x Air Jordan 4 Retro debuted in November 2017, following the Brooklyn artist’s initial grey version from March 2017. The shoe features an all-suede upper with a subtle tonal print of KAWS’ Companion figure’s cartoon hands. These hands also appear beneath the translucent glow-in-the-dark outsole. The artist’s signature ‘XX’ is inscribed on the heels, alongside Nike’s ‘AIR’ trademark.
